dc.description.abstractPT. United Tractors Pandu Engineering (UTPE), under the brand PATRiA, was established on February 8, 1983, as a company engaged in manufacturing, remanufacturing, and heavy equipment engineering. The Papua site of PT. United Tractors Pandu Engineering experienced a 31% increase in revenue in 2024 compared to 2023. One contributing factor was a 50% increase in demand for remanufactured component repairs from PT. Freeport Indonesia. Currently, the process of controlling and monitoring the component business still uses separate and non-integrated databases, covering stages from Receiving – Disassembly – Strip Down Report – Quotation – Order Parts – Fabrication – Assembly – Delivery. To monitor the movement of components, a system was developed to integrate these databases into a visual dashboard, which also serves as an automatic reminder when a process deviates from the set targets.This study refers to the 8-step methodology, consisting of the following stages: Determine Improvement Theme, Define the Target, Identify the Root Causes, Define the Alternatives Solutions, Implement Improvement Action, Evaluate Result, Create Standardization and Identify Next Improvement. The results show that the dashboard and system function effectively. The implementation of the Turn Around Time (TAT) monitoring system in the remanufacturing business at PT. UTPE Papua site has helped accelerate the component remanufacturing cycle. The Turn Around Time for Remanufacturing Components decreased from 54 days in 2023 to 27 days in 2024, and as of May 2025 (year-to-date), it has further reduced to 20 days. This study recommends that the use of digital platforms be emphasized across all members of PT. UTPE. Future dashboard development is expected to utilize more advanced digital platforms to enhance the quality of customer support.
