ONLINE FREELANCING PLATFORM FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

Abstract

Institutions have switched classes to online learning via video conference. Every company that are still able to do the job remotely implements Work From Home (WFH) as the best course of action. Distance education is a teaching method in which students and instructors are physically or temporally separated. Instead of face-to-face instruction, this material and content are primarily delivered through technology. In its current state, some students will be fine with online learning. This study revealed that not all students have the same level of comprehension regarding the online learning system. Taking into consideration the current situation of online learning creates an opportunity for undergraduates to engage in online freelancing in order to adapt to the current remote work environment. DFSS - DMADV Methodology is implemented in developing the online service platform that prioritizes market demands and user expectations.
