Abstract
This thesis explores the integration of blockchain technology with data management practices to ensure compliance with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection (PDP) Law within the agricultural sector. The study focuses on HARA, a startup that collects and manages farmers' personal and land data to facilitate access to financial services and insurance. By adding a blockchain layer, HARA aims to enhance data integrity and trust among stakeholders. The research identifies compliance gaps in HARA's current data management system and proposes a framework for aligning both off-chain and onchain data with PDP Law requirements. Key objectives include analyzing HARA's data practices and validating the proposed solution through expert feedback. This study contributes to the broader understanding of how blockchain can be leveraged to meet regulatory standards especially PDP law while maintaining operational efficiency in the agricultural industry.
