DIGITAL OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL MAKE IT EASIER FOR CUSTOMERS OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL MACHINE PC135F-10M0: STUDY CASE PT ABC AT NORTH SUMATERA

Abstract

This study aims to easy for maintenance unit small excavator PC135-7, PC200-10M0 with more 50 unit’s wherever machine operation at forestry area at North Sumatera and maintenance proses by operator. The study case focusing how customer get operation manual guidance to manage unit whenever machine have’s some maintenance but technical dan guidance it’s not enough for support. Machine still operation with mobile from one site to other site every day. At the Technicon does not stand by so if any problem, operator double responsibility for operation and repair machine. So, a solution is needed to obtain information for the maintenance and operation process of the unit if there is a need. In this condition operator must have skill and guidance so that the unit can be repaired immediately so that it can operate immediately and that is very important because it has an impact on the unit's performance to support production and product image in the long term. Therefore, supporting facilities are needed so that the process can run well so that customers get more benefits from the units they have invested in.
